2010 St. Albert BMX Membership Fees

While our track is rebuilt by the City of St. Albert, we will not be offering races at the St. Albert track.  We will, however, be offering 2010 memberships to our 2009 members and residents of St. Albert.

Qualification

To qualify for a 2010 St. Albert BMX membership, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• you were a member of St. Albert BMX (or a sibling of) in 2009 or;
• you are a resident of St. Albert.

What does it offer

This registration includes a Canadian Cycling racing licence.  While there will NOT be any racing in St. Albert, this allows you to race at other Alberta tracks on their regular race nights at no additional cost.  Edmonton and Stony Plain tracks included.

Fees

Riders under 18 can get a membership for $85.00, while 18 and over riders will be $100.

Trial membership

When our track is open, "Test Drive" our track and see all the fun BMX has to offer.

• Three (3) race nights $35.00

If you wish to keep racing after the trial has ended, then feel free to upgrade your membership. The full amount will be put towards a conversion to a Club Membership or a Fully licensed Membership as described below.

Club Membership

Wanna stay close to home? Don't have all that much gusto for racing in the provincials? Well then this membership option is for you.

• Race St. Albert Only - $110.00

Choosing this option will allow you to race the regular races at the St. Albert BMX track only. As you will not be a fully qualified UCI licensed rider, you will not be able to race any place else but our awesome track.

Fully Licensed *UCI* Membership

Hey! If you are serious about raing BMX then it's all about getting as many races in as you can in our short summer season. This is the preferred option for any rider wanting that little extra competition or just plain more racing to improve!

• Under 18 - $150.00
• Over 18 - $165.00

This option is the best option for anyone wanting to compete outside of St. Albert. This includes a St. Albert BMX Club membership and a fully qualified UCI license which allows you to race at any UCI sanctioned track in the world !! Do you already have a 2009 UCI license?

If you already own a UCI license, then you can become a full member of St. Albert BMX for only $75.00. If you don't have a license then choose one of the options above. Every rider must have a "home track" and we want St. Albert BMX to be yours! If you have a UCI license in another discipline such as Mountain Biking or Road-racing, then you just gotta try BMX. You just might actually switch disciplines because you'll love it so much.
